Final product testing and inspection in Avand industrial valves are as follows.
- Visual control of all visible defects
- Dimensional Control
- Control of pneumatic actuators in terms of performance and sealing (if the valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator)
- Hydrostatic test of the body assembly with at least 1.5 times the operating pressure
- Hydrostatic test of tongue sealing with at least 1.1 times the operating pressure
- Performance control during opening and closing
